Veel mentoren gebruiken de mentorles om in te spelen op de actuele behoefte van hun leerlingen. Met de huidige werkdruk in het onderwijs ontbreekt vaak de tijd om dit goed voor te bereiden. Daarom willen wij mentoren hierin ondersteunen. De voorbereiding van onze mentorlessen kost gemiddeld 5 minuten. De klassikale uitleg wordt met een aansprekende animatie gegeven wat mentoren veel tijd bespaart. Daarnaast vragen we actief aan mentoren wat er speelt in hun klas en voegen we op basis daarvan mentorlessen toe. Zo is er altijd wel een les die past bij de situatie in jouw mentorklas en kun je direct inspelen op wat jouw leerlingen op dat moment het meest nodig hebben.
Door onze mentorlessen op deze manier aan te bieden, willen we de werkdruk van mentoren verlagen en hopen we een klein steentje bij te dragen aan het tegengaan van het lerarentekort.
