Wheeldon Group began with humble origins in 1966 when brothers John and Luke Wheeldon bought themselves a wagon to help run their local family farm. Today Wheeldon Group is the leading name for environmental services in the Greater Manchester Area.
With sites in Bury, Oldham, Failsworth and Ramsbottom, Wheeldon Group is helping Greater Manchester recycle by offering a class leading service as well as excellent customer relations.
All thanks to our Energy Bin, Wheeldon Group is the North West’s primary producer of Solid Refuse Fuel (SRF) and Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF), creating a constant supply of high-quality fuel, that limit reliance on dirty, finite fossil fuels.
