Whirl Time Music (WTM) was the product of verge music culture, experiential education, and the vision to expand music festivals to universities. Embracing the prominence of hip-hop and electronic music within the college demographic and set on enabling students to attend unforgettable shows, WTM’s vision was to develop and produce innovative and affordable music experiences on college campuses while featuring globally visible artists.
