We are a UK based Kiosk manufacturer in the self-service checkout industry. We work with international manufacturers and assemble Kiosks in the UK and Germany. The software, developed in house, is 100% intellectual property of Whiteedge Technology Ltd. The kiosks we create will be an all-in-one off the shelf solution, primarily targeted at SMEs.

This archaic form of taking orders is prone to errors. Especially in today’s cosmopolitan age with many varied dietary requirements, allergies, gender identities and language barriers, errors are easily made. Shifting the burden on the customer to get the order right, eliminates customer grief and possible litigation.
The aim of Whiteedge Technology Ltd. kiosks is to make human interaction during the order process entirely obsolete and give the business valuable data about their sales. The results are labour cost savings and service improvements. It also gives the customer an enhanced, speedy and unobtrusive order experience which will make him/her more likely to return. There are currently no fully integrable “off the shelf” self-service checkout solutions available that encompass so many of the features that the Whiteedge Technology Ltd. omni kiosks provide. Especially the easy integration and procurement, make the Whiteedge Technology Ltd. kiosks a likely choice for SME’s that don’t have resources to engage large international whole sellers with cumbersome order requirements. With Whiteedge Technology Ltd. kiosks, customers can pay with multiple media. This is an often forgotten or overlooked feature with current self-service kiosks on the market. Many establishments with card only self-service kiosks still have to engage till staff to handle cash payments.
