• Tracks all property taxes, following up with borrower as needed.
• Tracks all monthly payments, follow up with borrowers as needed for any lates.
• Provides a tracking portal for each of your investments, for ease of checking on each of your investments.
• Oversees the Foreclosure process if this is required on loans that are not performing.
• Provides all certified mail, emails and required notices to borrowers for any process required by law, including lender insurance, payoffs, foreclosures, etc. Work with us so we can relieve the stresses of investing, make it easier for you to relax and just make your higher ROIs.
