Production. Transformation. I help studios and companies get through projects like a first feature or a new business expansion. Often implementing new technology and processes. I love to help with set-up but usually I’m brought in after things have fallen off the rails a bit. Basically a strategic problem solver and solution implementer. Right now I’m supporting with a studio in the UAE by producing for high value clients and helping them leverage their IP in new media and revenue streams I frequently provide expertise with international co-productions and partnerships. I get the most out of the resources for a project by leveraging labor costs and tax credits in the Middle East, Asia, Europe, and Canada. It’s not that I have the solution to all the problems, my strength is getting a team to come together and come up with the solutions. I’m usually mentoring production teams and studio leadership. I also do good old schedules and budgets for people who need help getting a feature or business plan together.
