In 2014, four wine transaction experts created France's first association of wine experts: WI&NE. The aim is to bring together recognised experts in the wine sector in order to secure investment projects and provide solutions to the management issues facing winegrowers. Conceived as a "toolbox", investors and owners can "pick and choose" the skills they need or use all the "tools" at their disposal to successfully complete their project, from definition to completion.

Each new member signs the WI&NE ethics charter, which sets out the association's principles and values. They also undertake to respect and uphold the values on which WI&NE is founded.
The four founding values
- Availability: a key value of the WI&NE proposition, every expert member of the association must be immediately available to receive a customer.
- Security: whether for transactions or management, WI6NE is committed to a rigorous approach with its customers to guarantee the relevance and profitability of investments.
- Probity: WI&NE systematically proposes two competent experts in order to ensure that customers have a free choice according to their needs and requirements.
- Confidentiality: given the stakes involved for its customers, WI&NE guarantees complete discretion before, during and after the completion of their projects.

WI&NE's international dimension is based on an excellent knowledge of the workings of the market in the three long languages of English, Chinese and French.
