Welcome to WiH #StrongerTogether
WiH Global (WiH), Women in Hospitality, was founded in April 2020 to foster connection and community amongst colleagues during lockdown. As interest grew, WiH evolved and officially became a global non-profit in October 2020. Over the following two years, WiH hosted numerous talks, launched a mentoring programme in collaboration with WiHTL, partnered with leading global hospitality conferences to promote diverse and inclusive panels and published an annual global women’s representation survey offering insights into women and ethnic minority representation.
The community expanded to over 400 members, including women and men, spanning the Americas, EMEA and APAC and representing more than 250 companies across nearly 50 countries.
The non-profit social enterprise was relaunched in 2025 as ReGenImpact™ Academy to focus on scaling systemic transformation through certified carbon literacy and sustainability education. WiH continues as a dedicated initiative within the Academy.
WiH champions collaboration and knowledge sharing to accelerate Net Positive Hospitality. Through mentorship, sustainability education and global partnerships, we empower the hospitality community to drive meaningful environmental and social impact.
