Hiermee is een keten gevormd waarin elke cliënt van WIJ 3.0 stappen vooruit kan maken, en ook, als het even niet gaat, weer stappen achteruit. We hanteren het principe ‘één plan, één regisseur’; over de hele keten wordt de ontwikkeling van de cliënt gevolgd en kan zij met de eigen begeleider uitstippelen wat wel en niet goed werkt.
WIJ 3.0 heeft vestigingen en is actief in Utrecht, Nieuwegein, Zeist en Den Dolder. Individuele begeleiding naar werk en projecten zijn er ook elders.
