ويكيتعمر (بالإنجليزية: Wikiageing) هو مشروع معرفي في إطار عمل خدمي تطوعي معرفي جماعي, لإنتاج أداة معرفية في شكل موقع إلكتروني يترجم المعرفة النظرية لممارسة وفعل. ومأمول تطور وِيكِيتَعَمُّر ليكون موسوعة تجمع معارف رعاية المسنين للنهوض برعاية المسنين.
وذلك في شكل مشروع معرفي رقمي لإنتاج أداة معرفية مقسمة في أربع قطاعات معرفية خاصة بالرعاية الصحية والغير صحية (القطاعات المعرفية تشمل (1) الثقافة الصحية - (2) الخدمات المتاحة والمأمولة - (3) المنشورات والبحوث المتاحة - (4) المصطلحات والمعايير). مشروع الأداة المعرفية مقتوح المصدر لفائدة الجميع.
المشروع المعرفي يتم عرضه وتطويره عبر موقع إلكتروني ومأمول تطوره ليكون موسوعة معرفية تجمع معارف رعاية المسنين لحفز وتحسين وتيسير رعايتهم. كما تقوم بتشبيك رعايتهم وتؤسس لمعايرة الخدمات.
Wikiageing knowledge tool project:
- An open access knowledge project (http://wikiageing.org/) funded by donation from the 12 founding doctors. It was initiated by Dr Ahmed Shawky Mohammedin based on the idea of the Egyptian database established by Prof Ezzat Hegazy, Dr Ahmed Shawky Mohammedin & Dr Mohammed Fahmy Tolba. As an open access project, the contribution is open to everyone. It is a dynamic project that works through initiating seedlings then providing favorable environment and nurture through peer reviewing process.
The project includes a knowledge tool working through a "Wiki" based website and divided into 4 sectors:

- Seniors care program & services sector قطاع برامج وخدمات المسنين
- Publications and research sector قطاع المنشورات والبحوث
- Terminology and standardization sector قطاع المصطلحات والمعايير
- Main research field: Promoting Seniors services in the Arabic countries
- Sub research field(s): Primary care for seniors, standardizing health care for elderly, bridging gaps of care.
