The core design team members have over 50 years of relevant industry experience between them and when required can also call for additional support from of a team of freelance engineers professionally qualified in the specific fields of Civil Structural Engineering, Environmental Issues and Geotechnical Engineering to aid them in delivering all your design needs, from conceptual design through to technical approval and adoption.
Services we can provide include:
- Production of faultless, value engineered designs of all infrastructure.
-Design of private and adoptable roads/highways and highway features such as highway crossings and roundabouts.
- Private and Adoptable Drainage Plans.
-Site Appraisals and Conceptual/Initial designs for assisting land bidding.
-Assistance with planning applications with production of Drainage strategy/drainage reports, site layout design standards checks and amendments, vehicle tracking etc.
- Drainage models & Hydraulic calculations for sewers, storage features, and SUD’s elements.
- External Works and Levels Plans (including detailed cut and fill drawings if required).
- Foundation Designs.
- Assessing the environmental impact and risks connected to our design decisions,
- Assessing the Health and Safety impact and risks connected to our design decisions,
- Negotiating with Local Authorities and other agencies to discharge planning conditions as well as acquiring Technical Approval in respect of various Section Agreements (e.g. S278, S38, S104, S184, S185, S106 etc.).
