Wir sind eine Gruppe von zwölf Erwachsenen und drei Kindern mit dem Vereinsnamen “Wohnstrudel”, vereint von der Absicht, gemeinsam ein kollektives, selbstverwaltetes Wohnprojekt zu gründen und somit eine Grundlage für zukunftsfähiges Leben zu schaffen.
Seit Beginn an suchen wir nach einer multifunktional nutzbaren Immobilie im ländlichen oder suburbanen Raum, mit Nähe zu Wien, bei der wir nicht auf MIV angewiesen sind. Neben der primären Funktion als Wohnraum planen wir eine Kombination von diversen Nutzungsmöglichkeiten wie z.B. Veranstaltungsbetrieb, Seminarbetrieb,...
Durch das Bespielen eines Bestandsgebäudes wollen wir einen Mehrwert für die Region und Gemeinde schaffen. Wir wollen als Vorbild für nachhaltiges, generationsübergreifendes und gemeinschaftsorientiertes Leben wirken und Wohnraum für ca. 20 Menschen realisieren.
Wir stehen kurz davor unsere Traumimmobilie in Schönau an der Triesting zu erwerben, die uns ermöglicht viele unserer Visionen zu realisieren - we'll keep you updated!
