As a nonprofit organisation, our goal is to provide opportunities in basketball to children in Foster Care, Kinship and their community. Nurturing our community's physical, emotional, and social development while promoting life skills through sport. Imagine a child who has faced numerous challenges, finding a place where they can thrive, build confidence, and develop essential life skills. For just $240, you can make this a reality for a child and their carer. Your support provides: A Year of Basketball: Covering court hire, jerseys, insurance, drinks, and a basketball. A Welcome Pack: Including a backpack, drink bottles, stickers, and display folders for certificates. Mentorship and Life Skills: Fostering resilience, teamwork, confidence, and empathy within 'Our Pack.' Inclusivity and Diversity: Promoting a community where everyone feels valued and included. Support for Carers: Ensuring socialisation, engagement, and a sense of community for those who care for these children. Real Stories, Real Impact Liam's Journey: After just four sessions with Our Pack, Liam gained the confidence to try out for his local school basketball team, made the team, and returned to school.
