After spending 15+ years in Human Resources, I consistently heard about the gap in being able to obtain occasional HR & leadership support, especially those with small HR teams or no HR representation altogether. In late 2022, Wolson was founded to support select organizations with guidance, resources, and through leadership development workshops.
