Bij Woonstroom BV geloven we in de kracht van thuis. Als woonmaatschappij bieden we meer dan 2.500 sociale woningen en appartementen aan, en beheren we 250 panden van private eigenaars. Onze missie? Een kwalitatief en betaalbaar woningaanbod creëren voor mensen die het moeilijk hebben om een thuis te vinden in Bonheiden, Duffel, Lier en Sint-Katelijne-Waver.
We stoppen niet bij wonen: we bouwen, renoveren, en begeleiden onze huurders om van een huis een echte thuis te maken. Bovendien zetten we sterk in op duurzaamheid: we verbeteren oudere woningen met isolatie, dubbel glas en energiezuinige technieken, en bouwen nieuwe woningen bijna-energieneutraal. Zo dragen we samen bij aan een beter klimaat.
