WorkforceOne was launched in 2019 as a specialist division of AuditOne, a not for profit NHS organisation, hosted by Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust.
Our service is comprised of a unique blend of expert Human Resources and Investigation professionals to offer specialist HR resolution support in investigations, mediation and independent reviews.
We have rapidly grown and expanded since our launch and have a reputation for independence, excellence and specialist expertise in the critical area of workplace conflict and resolution.
As an NHS organisation delivering to the NHS, we understand the dynamics of the NHS landscape and the unique challenges faced by NHS organisations. Due to our NHS not for profit status, our rates are significantly lower than most other providers and we have a wealth of experience in partnering NHS organisation's across the UK.

Workplace Investigations
We have a team of experienced workplace investigators who can deploy immediately to support you, remotely or in person. Whether for disciplinary, grievance, bullying & harassment or whistleblowing, we have the expertise to support you immediately and we align our processes to yours, acting as an extension of your existing team.
Conflict Resolution (Mediation)
We have a team of qualified mediators working across the United Kingdom who can provide you with timely support to help resolve interpersonal conflict. We are providing this service to a number of NHS organisations for employees at all levels of seniority and for groups.
Independent Reviews
We provide complete independence in our review services, whether this be in relation to a distinct service, culture or a relationship.
