Placement of Non-EU Personnel
A single rate starting from 48 lei / hour, plus VAT
We work on a Service Provision contract, which simplifies the whole procedure and allows us to start quickly. The rate is based on a norm of 168 working hours per month. Night hours, overtime, or public holidays have the same hourly rate. The calculation at the end of the month is based on the timesheet.
The rate includes all costs and payroll taxes, meal vouchers, accommodation, and transport.
We offer the possibility of Pay-per-Unit once the workforce reaches maximum productivity. You pay per unit delivered, not per hour.
Dedicated Team Leader
Do you need teams of over 20-25 people? Then you will surely need a Team Leader to work daily alongside teams for integration, understanding workflows and work procedures, rapid productivity growth, and achieving goals.
Present daily at your location. Rate starting from 9900 lei / month, plus VAT
3/ Recruitment and Selection
Rate starting from 2350 lei, plus VAT
Includes recruitment and selection, obtaining of work permits and visas, preparation of all employment documents, extensive medical examinations, life insurance with medical assistance included for 12 months.
Paid only once, and replacement of non-compliant staff is free.
