At Worklink, we assess the difficulties fresh graduates face in the job sector and work in bridging the gap between formal education and industry requirements. Companies today face the hard task of matching a job profile solely with an academic scorecard, wherein the odds of obtaining a suitable candidate stand against them. We believe that this is due to the lack of proactive coordination between our educational institutions and employers which makes hiring a fresher difficult for employers. Through this process, we aim to up-skill the graduates of our country and provide them with reasonable experience which could then be transformed into practical skills that would help them contribute towards the growth of the company.
The completion of the course puts the freshers up to par with experienced workers and thereby guarantees the finest and the most talented interns for the employers. This also ensures an excellent performance from the learners’ side and thereby could create full-time job opportunities.
Worklink backed by the patronage of Nirmala group of institutions, which comes with a strong lineage of parting quality education since 1954. The association with the group grants us access to an insurmountable pool of talent from various domains including management, engineering and arts among others. The talent pool comprises outing students, an eminent group of faculties and a strong alumnus of the institution.
