Workforce Challenge Partners (WCP) founded by Anna Morgan MBE and Sudeep Dhillon specialise in cultural review services as part of broader offerings to deliver transformative change in Health, Social Care and the VCSE sectors. Assessing the current state of the workplace culture within organisations, departments or teams, identifying areas for improvement, and providing actionable recommendations to align culture with organisational goals and values. Anna and Sudeep bring a rich blend of clinical, organisational, and change management expertise to get to the root cause of problems to co-create positive, sustainable workforce transformation.
