Wulff, Hansen & Co. is a full service investment banking and investment management firm, one of the oldest in California. Our Public Finance Group provides underwriting and municipal advisory services to public entities, private developers, and non-profit organizations. We are also a registered investment advisor offering fee-based portfolio management through our Wulff Capital Management division.

Our services range from developing bond structures, pricing, refunding and restructuring analysis to developing strategic advice for workouts. We assist clients in obtaining bond ratings and credit enhancement, and shepherd each competitive issue through the bidding process. We also have active practices in non-profit healthcare and the renewable energy fields. Our professionals are experienced in working with financially distressed issuers and have assisted in the development of reorganization plans accepted by bankruptcy courts and creditors.
