Nadat er een incident gemeld is, ontvangt het Collegiaal Opvang Team een notificatie. Op basis van de keuze van de melder worden de meldingen geclassificeerd en naar behoefte wordt er door het COTteam actie op de melding ondernomen. Zo krijgt de melder precies de aandacht, die nodig is!
Tijdens ons werk in de acute zorg hebben we met verschillende meldsystemen gewerkt. Vanuit deze ervaringen en expertise hebben we een unieke structuur opgezet. We hebben een systeem gebouwd waar we zelf graag mee willen werken: COTteam.
COTteam is een incidenten meldsysteem: een systeem gemaakt voor en door gebruikers. Simpel, doeltreffend, praktisch en altijd binnen handbereik.
COTteam is een platform, waar je op eenvoudige wijze een incident kunt melden en snel contact kunt maken. De incidenten worden gebundeld en in statistieken weergegeven.
Indien gewenst implementeren wij een op maat gemaakt nazorgtraject voor (het welzijn van) het COTteam binnen jouw organisatie.
