At X-Axis we offer in-depth biomechanical assessments to help you be on top of your game. What we do: Consultancy: Biomechanics uses physics to understand the complexities of movement. The objective of biomechanics is to accurately record and measure human motion. It has been scientifically proven that instant video feedback is an extremely successful tool for improving performance and ability in many sports. Our highly skilled X-Axis professionals analyse the data collected on the day to highlight key performance indicators, improve technique and therefore reduce likelihood of an injury occurring. Our aim is to provide high quality consultancy sessions with in depth biomechanical assessments. Our feedback is relayed in easy to understand, relevant advice to suit you and your aims.
