Xanthis email format

In 2003, I launched Xanthis, an eMental (computerised Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) digital health company to take my Consultant Psychiatrist father’s knowledge around mental health and how to look after yourself to people in their workplaces. My idea was that by making his advice accessible to employees through their organisational intranet, I could help prevent mental illnesses from occurring (or offer help when they were early stage), confidentially support a whole organisation at once, and link to other sources of support available to employees. I fed back user numbers so that the organisation would know how many people were using it or might need help. - Revenue generated every year from start up. Financial Year 01 (2003) - Profitable in Financial Year 05 generating an annual revenue of £30,000 - Xanthis had no debt. Initial development cost investment was £50,000. - Product was well established, well used and built a clinical evidence base. Xanthis’s best testimonial is that we prevented a suicide Through running Xanthis I built up a huge amount of experience and knowledge about organisational health, mental health and wellbeing, how to build and implement a strategy and how to implement a tech solution as part of it.
