Electric Drive System (EDS) XPT’s integrated EDS consists of a world-class induction motor with copper rotor, power electronic unit (PEU) with unique topology architecture and high torque gearbox. The original power combination embraces remarkable efficiency and thrilling torque, leading to an exhilarating handling experience. Energy Storage System (ESS) XPT’s lightweight ESS comprises of high energy density battery modules and a solid enclosure structure, equipped with an advanced battery management system (BMS), highly efficient liquid cooling and swappable battery technology, which realizes durable, stable and convenient new energy. Vehicle Intelligence Systems (VIS) XPT’s VIS include vehicle control units (VCU) and automated drive systems. The VCU can manage both functional and cyber safety, meanwhile, it also enables intelligent energy management for high and low pressure which optimizes the electric driving range. Intelligent driving system includes several ADAS technologies like ACC and automatic parking, which fulfill the requirements of L2/L3 intelligent driving. All VCU and ADAS applications have passed required software tests, vehicle calibrations and verifications, enabling the driver and passengers to feel smart and secure. Global Footprint XPT combines the wisdom and advanced technology from around the world and has set up its Global headquarters and R&D Center in Shanghai, China, its US headquarters in San Jose, US, and also has an office in Hong Kong, China. XPT’s products are manufactured in our Advanced Manufacturing Technical Engineering Centers (AMTEC) in Nanjing, Kunshan and Changshu, China. XPT AMTEC-Nanjing The AMTEC-Nanjing is located in Nanjing Economic and Technological Development Zone. The Phase One Project was completed in Aug 2016, with the building area about 64,000 square meters (15 acres), which is the world’s largest single manufacturing base for high-performance e-motors and EDS. It is the first in the China EV industry to achieve double three-star certifications in design and operation of green building. The construction of Phase Two Project was initiated on 11 September 2017, including ESS manufacturing base, power center, and vehicle pilot line extension. After the project is complete, AMTEC-Nanjing will be able to produce high-performance EDS and ESS products. In addition to a user delivery center, logistics square, employee dormitory, recreation center, sports ground, parking lot and other facilities will form a comprehensive new energy high-tech park.
