We are the innovators of this 100% performance-based membership system. This special system is designed to work within the non-profit YMCA guidelines. In the past 5 years alone, we have generated over $12 million in new memberships. And, to top it off we have given back over $140,000 in donations! We care about the YMCA’s mission. In our opinion, everyone should be a member of their local Y to support the programs associated with it. We also recognize that in most cases there is little or no advertising budget to attract new members. Our services are strictly paid based off of our performance. There are absolutely no upfront or out of pocket expenses ever! We believe that when we are hired to provide a service of increasing memberships, it is only fair to be paid on how well we perform. This system is designed to bring in new member units and get them “connected” to the Y. We accomplish that through our touring process. We educate on the “Y story”, mission & core values, benefits to the community, and the difference of being a Y member. This touring system makes the average person feel confident, comfortable and a sense belonging. Our system is a proven program that will guarantee new member success. We have developed a thorough, well-executed plan to guarantee new memberships for YMCA’s. We understand executive directors are busy people. We will send our team into the Y to run the entire membership acquisition program. There is no additional work for staff in terms of the touring and sign up process. Our team will operate out of the Y for 6-8 weeks, during which we will increase membership by 300-900 new member units.
