شركت یشم در سال 1355، با نام رنگ تاپ و با مديريت آقاي محمد عالي پور تأسيس شد و در سال 1371، به صنايع رنگ و رزين يشم تغيير نام يافت. اولين محصولات رنگهاي ساختماني و رنگهاي تعميراتي خودرويي اين مجموعه در سال 1355 و اولين رزين يشم در سال 1374 وارد بازار شد.و از آن زمان تاكنون، شركت يشم انواع مختلفي از رزين را از قبيل رزين پلياستر مخصوص بتونه، انواع رزين پلياستر ارتو فتاليك و ايزو فتاليك براي كاربردهاي مختلف مثل لولههاي آب، سيستم RTM، و انواع رزين وينيلاستر. به بازار عرضه كرده است. شركت يشم يكي از اولين توليدكنندگان پوششهاي تعميراتي خودرويي در ايران ميباشد كه تمامي طيف محصولات مرتبط از بتونه سنگي تا رنگ رويه دوجزئي را توليد ميكند.همچنين پوششهاي چوب و رنگهاي صنعتي نيز از جمله محصولاتي است كه شركت يشم به بازار عرضه ميكند. از سال 1373 تاكنون، اين شركت به عنوان يك صادركننده فعال به خصوص به كشورهاي همسايه، عمل كرده است. طي يك طرح توسعه در سال 1377، كارخانه يشم به يكي از شهركهاي صنعتي واقع در چرمشهر ورامين منتقل شد

Yashm Paint and Resin Industries has first established as Top Paint Co. in 1976. In 1992, the company renamed to Yashm Paint and Resin Industries. Yashm manufactured decorative and automotive refinishing paints as its first products in 1976. In an expansion project, Yashm has moved to an industrial area located in Charmshahr, Varamin in 1998. Having technical and professional resources, Yashm is now one of the leaders in both paint and resin industries in Iran.
Yashm’s first resin was introduced to the market in 1995. Since then, Yashm has served the market with various types of resins such as polyester resin for putty; types of orthophthalic and isophthalic polyester resin for various applications.Since 1994, Yashm has been an active exporter, especially to the neighbor countries.
