Het doel van het Young Consulting Network (YCN) is het verbinden en samenbrengen van jonge adviseurs. Met elkaar willen wij betekenis geven aan het adviesvak, inspiratie opdoen en uitwisselen van ervaringen faciliteren om zo de professionele ontwikkeling van jonge adviseurs te stimuleren, in het belang van de kwaliteit van ons werk en goede uitoefening van het vak. Dit doen wij door activiteiten zoals lezingen, workshops, pro-bono advies en intervisie. Het YCN is opgericht in 2017 en telt inmiddels meer dan 400 consultants van ruim 30 adviesbureaus.
Het Young Consulting Network (YCN) is een open concept voor jonge adviseurs tot 35 jaar. Het is niet nodig om lid te zijn van de ROA om deel te kunnen nemen aan activiteiten van het YCN.
Doelgroep
Het netwerk staat open voor alle jonge consultants van organisatieadviesbureaus. Om de interactie tussen consultants optimaal te faciliteren is ervoor gekozen de leeftijdsgrens in eerste instantie op 35 jaar te stellen.
