The subject 'sustainability' has now reached the boardroom of most companies, but the guts and decisiveness to really put it into practice are often still lacking. Then there is also the incomprehensible Gen Z generation. They are an increasingly large part of the labor market and most executives are unable to get a grip on their interests, ambitions and their view of the world. That is why YoungProfs was created. We help you to remain relevant in this rapidly changing world in 10 years' time.
YoungProfs is an intergenerational collaboration between driven young professionals and highly experienced change managers, executives, professors and politicians, connected by the goal of accelerating the transition towards a more sustainable economy. We help organisations develop and implement their sustainable strategy, teach them how to deal with Gen Z and offer temporary reinforcement to carry out projects that would otherwise be left undone or for which the organisation itself lacks smart hands.
