The first is the company applying for an electronic money institution (EMI) licence in the Netherlands to provide compliance and regulatory requierments. The second company is the operational arm of the organization that provides customers with the IT infrastructure, development of APIs, Apps and systems, as well as devices for payment and cash-out for their pay-in and pay-out needs and requirements. The focus is on the following market segments:

3. Financial Inclusion Systems
