The new company immediately distinguished itself for its ability to anticipate market trends. Zanier has in fact created a line of FLAVORED SALTS which in a short time has become one of the most requested by the main Italian Gourmet Stores. In addition to the salts, Zanier has been able to anticipate the other competitors by first presenting the COLORFUL RICE, and above all the FLAVORED SUGAR, a revolutionary product that is welcoming the favors of the most demanding public.
Alongside the main innovations, Zanier Srl continues to create some great classics of Italian cuisine with the artisanal method such as: RISOTTI, FLAVORED INSTANT POLENTAS, INFUSIONS, SPICES and SPAGHETTATE (dehydrated vegetables ideal for preparing sauces and condiments).
A push towards innovation that in the coming months will bring to the public a line of PASTA specifically designed to be offered to the most exclusive DELIKATESSEN stores.
