Zeniki was started in 2016 after our founders found the recruitment process to be out dated and inefficient. We found that the candidates that we was being given to interview often held the certifications we requested but often did not have any functional experience with it.
We found that the process was rushed and due to this we lost significant time for no reason. This was the reason we started Zeniki, we aim to vet and interview are candidates to access there knowledge and learn more about there experience. This allows us with full confidence to only put candidates that we know are sufficient for the role we advertise.
