Per the employer need/ convenience we either schedule the candidate’s interview or we conduct a 3 way audio/ video call/ coordinate the further process, so we are there and are involved all the time.
We are also working on creating a pool of professionals from different disciplines so we can conduct the interviews on behalf of the clinic to provide them final candidates.
After the clinic has interviewed the candidates, we help both by coordinating with them to ease the recruitment process.
