Łączy nas żywe zainteresowanie ideą zero waste, ochroną przyrody, minimalizmem i świadomą konsumpcją.
Na przestrzeni lat 2018-2022 administratorki grupy na Facebooku wraz z gronem znajomych aktywistów zorganizowali także cykl spotkań „Meetup Zero Waste”, akcję edukacyjną na Facebooku we współpracy z KOM-EKO, warsztaty dla dzieci z segregacji odpadów we współpracy z Fundacją Inside Out, warsztaty dla seniorów z Fundacją Karuzela Aktywności, warsztaty online dla młodzieży z Bełżyc, a także cykl ubraniowych Wymienników, tworzonych wspólnie z Magdą z projektu Nuty Duszy.
W 2021 roku grupa Zero Waste Lublin zgłosiła również swój pierwszy projekt w Budżecie Obywatelskim miasta Lublin (Projekt Givebox), a nasze działania zostały docenione przez organizatorów akcji "Masz Głos".
To nie koniec naszych działań, ponieważ w 2024 roku planujemy rozpocząć działalność jako fundacja.
