We work directly with open source smart city projects and we are building out the technology for a soft launch later in the first quarter of 2017. We have already signed a contract with our first mobile endpoint Pay'n'Park and we are entering LOI's with 2 other distribution partners. Within the first quarter of 2017 we will be developing the technology alongside 2 opensource cities on the west coast.
Distribution
Garage operators sign up with us one of two ways, a direct partnership that takes roughly 3 months to negotiate and put in place.
Within the first 100 days of development, we will hook up a ZoomConnector to the garage, pulling the raw data from the existing parking equipment. Once the raw data has been collected and formatted then ZoomThru will distribute the Digital Asset to all of our mobile endpoint and distribution partners. The final step of installation is allowing local and national advertisers to connect with local parkers through our network of distributors and mobile endpoints.

Our core technology is the ZoomThru Database, pulling raw data from many different endpoints. Including garage equipment, apps, connected cars, and traffic systems. To compile into a digital asset for the parking industry. Once the digital asset is formatted, it will be distributed to many different endpoints including: smart cities, mobile endpoints, connected car tool-kits, as well as local and national advertisers.
Zoomthru allows the parking industry to participate in what Bob Metcalf describes as a network effect. In general, the value of an individual garage operator's data is small. However, when you add more operators to the network, Metcalf states that the value of the database created grows by the square of the number of endpoints within the network. This creates the opportunity for all members of the network to make a projected $1.12 of additional revenue per parking spot each quarter.
