Als zelfstandig organisatieadviseur werk in aan twee thema’s in de zorg, beiden draaien om het organiseren van de zorg.
Als eerste richt ik mij op capaciteitsmanagement (zowel cure als care) en wil ik zorginstellingen helpen hun meest schaarse capaciteit (personeel) zo goed mogelijk in te zetten zodat zij kwalitatief goede zorg kunnen leveren. Ook met andere zorglogistieke onderwerpen kan ik uit de voeten.
Dat de zorgvraag de komende jaren harder stijgt ten opzichte van het arbeidsaanbod is bekend en noodzaakt ons om die zorg anders te organiseren. Anders organiseren via bijvoorbeeld digitale vormen van zorg zoals eHealth. Graag help ik organisaties mee met het omarmen van eHealth en het leren toepassen ervan.
Op denk duur zou ik deze twee thema’s graag samenvoegen, waarin de zorgvraag voorspeld wordt vanuit eHealth toepassingen zodat een zorgorganisatie haar aanbod vroegtijdig kan afstemmen op de komende vraag.
