Shijiazhuang Zhengrong Pump Co., LTD has been dedicated to the design and manufacture of ZHENGRONG slurry pump, excavating pump and desulphurization pump which are highly accepted by high-medium-end users in the whole country since the end of last century. Shijiazhuang ZhengRong Pump Co., LTD located in Shijiazhuang Economic and Technical Development Zone, borders closely on the intersection between Shijiazhuang ring road and Shijiazhuang-Guangzhou highway where the geographic position is superior. It has three production bases namely the headquarters production base, ZHENGRONG Branch production base, and Qigong Branch Production base covering a total area of 100,000m2 with the building area of factory buildings being about 70,000m2, It has eight medium frequency electric furnaces with a gross tonnage of 28.5 tons. Among the domestic counterparts. It’s designed productive capacity is the largest. The headquarters production base has been leading among the counterparts in both output design and the use of sophisticated equipment and technology.
The casting shop is equipped with 10T,5T medium frequency electric furnaces, which are made with united states patent technology and driven by one transformer which is energy-saving and environment-friendly. Besides, it’s also equipped with full automatic sand resin regeneration lines and mobile sandblasters, the equipment advancement and single cast tonnage rank the first among the domestic counterparts.
The heat treatment furnace built in the heat treatment shop has a volume of 60 CBM, adopting the fully automatic monitoring by the computer system which is also the first among the counterparts. Major equipment in the machine shop the 5m and 6.3m dual-column vertical boring mills can process the largest excavating pump in the domestic market.
