„Studierende für Studierende“ folgend dient die StudentLounge als Verein zur Gestaltung studentischer Freizeitaktivitäten, kulturellen Veranstaltungen und Feiern an der Zeppelin Universität. Die StudentLounge möchte Studierende zusammenbringen und bei der Verwirklichung von gemeinschaftlichen Projekten unterstützen.
Die StudentLounge ist in vielerlei Hinsicht aktiv. Dauerhafte Projekte sind der Dachverband für Initiativen, StudentCare und der studentische Verleih von Musikanlagen und mehr!
Jedes Jahr organisiert die StudentLounge eine Weihnachtsfeier, die City Rallye der Erstsemester, den ZUperbowl, verschiedene Workshops, die Sommerfest-After Party, die wöchentliche Apfelkiste, den Iniativenstammtisch und vieles mehr.
Zudem ist die StudentLounge einer der größten Förderer studentischer Projekte und Initiativen. Die Mitgliedsbeiträge werden in Ideen der Studierenden, die mit der ZU verbunden sind, gesteckt. Studierende können im Rahmen der Projektförderung ihre Ideen vortragen und sowohl finanzielle, als auch ideelle Unterstützung erhalten. So will die StudentLounge die einzigartige Ermöglichungskultur der ZU stärken! So fördern wir beispielsweise folgende Initiativen: Seekult, die Blaue Blume, Frühlingserwachen e.V., Tatendrang, Rock your Life e.V. und Dezibel.
