Dabei ist dem Geschäftsführer Gerold Wolfarth, der auch das Invest2Grow-Mentoring Programm ins Leben gerufen hat, sowie dem Beiratsvorsitzenden und Shareholder The Grow Chairman und SalsUp Gründer Bernhard Schindler besonders wichtig, dass es sich um hoch skalierbare Geschäftsmodelle handelt. Die aktuellen StartUps im Portfolio, welche seit mehreren Monaten schon begleitet wurden, sind allesamt Gründungen aus Deutschland und Österreich.
Es bestehen zumeist keine festen Laufzeiten, damit höchste Flexibilität beim Exit gegeben ist. Mit dem Ökovation M&A Team, sowie der wissenschaftlichen Begleitung - dem Aufsichtsrat Bernhard Schindler (Vorsitz), Prof. Dr. Tobias Kollmann, Mario Ernst und Katja Suding - trat ein interdisziplinäres hochkarätiges Team zusammen, welches künftig auch alle neuen StartUp Bewerbungen gemeinsam sichten und bewerten wird.
