My training approach is based on a model of Conscious Capitalism, which strengthens organizational resilience. It's based on the underlying principle that businesses are a springboard for the improvement of humanity & deals with connection to the purpose , attentive leadership & partnership among all parties involved. 3. I use tools from the world of NLP, which facilitates fast & profound changes in the participants, allowing improvement of operations & achievement of the organization's objectives.
