Scarlat - Shenkar Engineers Ltd. was established in 1985 and has been operating in building engineering since 1996 Eng. Vadim Shenkar, who has a master's degree in civil engineering from 1989, joined the company as a senior partner and since then has brought the company to multiple achievements. The company works with various customers across the country, both large and small, while providing unique solutions that allow maximum savings and shorten execution times in multiple projects.
From 1985 until today, we have provided planning services to a wide variety of large construction companies in the economy and even participate in planning national infrastructures throughout Israel.
