2- دعم المخططات الرسمية للدولة في توفير بيئة صالحة للأطفال لاكتشاف مواهبهم وقدراتهم وهواياتهم وتوجيهها بشكل سليم.
3- استخدام القراءة لتنمية قدرات الأطفال وإثراء خبراتهم وزيادة معلوماتهم ومعارفهم وتمكينهم من تحصيل المواد الدراسية بسهوله ويسر.
