一汽东机工减振器有限公司（简称一汽东机工）成立于1998年5月，是由一汽集团控股的富奥汽车零部件股份有限公司与日本日立汽车系统株式会社合资兴办的以研发、设计、制造和销售汽车减振器为主的企业。中方股比为51%，日方股比为股比49%。公司位于长春市西新经济技术开发区东风大街5762号，占地总面积12.4万平方米，建筑面积3.5万平方米。公司下设8个部门和2个生产制造工场，现有正式员工635人，资产总额5.34亿元，净资产2.56亿元。
一汽东机工拥有省级研发中心，包括建筑面积为 1981平方米的研发大楼和建筑面积为3283 平方米的试验、试制工场，配备了47台套先进的试验、检验设备和由60人组成的国内一流的研发队伍。可以进行汽车减振器综合性能试验、可靠耐久试验、疲劳强度试验、静态强度试验、噪音试验和盐雾试验。研发中心率先在国内实现为整车提供悬架匹配服务，通过运用国际先进的移动式减振器匹配车，可以在全国范围内的整车试验场地为顾客调整减振器，以达到最佳匹配状态。研发中心拥有国内高端的IBM图形工作站等研发、设计手段，在信息化和办公自动化方面均处于国内领先水平。目前，一汽东机工完全具有自主研发并实现与主机厂整车同步开发减振器的能力。
一汽东机工共有制造及检验设备700余台套，建有海南滑柱装配工场和江淮滑柱装配工场，成都工场目前正在筹备建设之中。目前公司减振器品种已达到260余种，日产能力达到30000支。一汽东机工率先在减振器行业通过了ISO/TS 16949质量体系、ISO 14001环境和OHSAS 18001职业健康安全三个管理体系的认证。2011年公司生产减振器713万支，实现销售收入7.58亿元。公司产品质量保证能力和产能在国内同行业中均处于领先和一流的地位，已发展成为国内最大的乘用车、商用车减振器供应商之一。
公司的企业方针是“用户第一，让用户满意是我们永远的目标”。目前，公司已为国内多家著名汽车厂商配套，产品销售覆盖了东北、华北、东南、西南和海南省。主要配套主机厂有：一汽大众汽车有限公司、一汽轿车股份有限公司、一汽解放汽车有限公司、天津一汽丰田汽车有限公司、天津一汽夏利汽车有限公司、四川一汽丰田汽车有限公司、上海汽车集团股份有限公司乘用车分公司、安徽江淮汽车股份有限公司和一汽海马汽车有限公司等。公司注重减振器社会备品市场占有率，目前拥有特许经销商47家，销售产品91种，除个别地区外，基本形成了覆盖全国的社会备品销售网络。另外，公司还出口减振器70余种，产品远销美国、俄罗斯、新加坡、韩国等国家和地区。
