Approved by the Shanghai Municipal Government, Shanghai Caohejing Hi-tech Park Innovation Center was solely invested and run by Shanghai Caohejing Hi-tech Park Development Corporation. The success rate amounts to 91.7%. Currently, Innovation Center has registered capital of 65 million RMB.
上海漕河泾新兴技术开发区科技创业中心（以下简称"创业中心"）是由上海市漕河泾新兴技术开发区发展总公司全额投资并主管的，集大学生创业园、 国际企业孵化器、留学生创业园为一体，以培育和支持创新型企业的发展，提升企业自主创新能力，实现开发区产业集聚、规模扩展和能级提升为目的的创新创业服务机构。
二十年来，创业中心以扶植高新技术产业发展为己任，致力于提升企业服务能力，促进科技成果的商品化、产业化和国际化，推进创新型经济发展，通过资源集成，优势互补，着力推动发展导向、发展路径的战略性、根本性转变,充分依靠科技进步，实现"育苗"、"植树"、"造林"的有机衔接和统一。
创业中心在全国创业中心范围内首家通过ISO9001国际质量体系认证；是第一批由企业投资按企业模式运作并进入良性循环的创业中心；第一批国际企业孵化器试点单位；第一批国家高新区先进孵化服务机构；第一批联合国企业孵化器专家单位；首创了科技型中小企业无抵押、无担保信用贷款的金融创新模式等，创造了多项全国第一。
漕河泾开发区创业中心现拥有逾10万平方米的创业基地，注册资本6500万元人民币。十年来累计培育科技企业400余家，成功率超过91%，技术领域涉及信息、生物医药、新材料、光机电等。
