中科院成都信息技术股份有限公司是由创立于1958年的中国科学院成都计算机应用研究所整体转制而来，中科院直接控股的高科技公司。公司主营业务是以高速机器视觉、智能分析技术为核心，为政府、烟草、油气、特种印刷等行业提供信息化整体解决方案、智能化工程和相关产品与技术服务。
公司是中共中央办公厅、全国人大常委会办公厅指定的全国大会的选举设备和服务提供商，在电子政务、办公管理与集群网站建设方面有十余年的技术与经验积累，拥有专业化的技术团队，可为政府办公与管理信息化建设提供专业和良好的服务。公司自1978年，成功研制出我国第一台电子票箱、第一台电子表决器、第一台会议报到机，并于1982年首次在党的“十二大”中成功应用，开创了我国会议工作中使用计算机技术的先河。公司研制的数字会议系统30年来持续创新，连续为党的“十三大”至“十八大”及六届至十一届全国人大、政协会议等党和国家重大会议选举服务，系统已成功推广到全国28个省市，拥有国内外300多家高端客户。系统先后十次获党中央、全国人大、中科院、四川省人民政府嘉奖，八次获国家、中科院、四川省科技进步奖，被列入国家级科技成果重点推广计划、国家火炬计划，成为中国数字会议系统第一品牌。
公司还是我国烟草行业信息化建设的重点技术依托单位和国家印钞行业重大检测装备的研发、制造提供商，拥有国家信息系统集成二级资质和国家涉密计算机信息系统集成乙级资质，2004年通过了ISO9001∶2000质量管理体系认证，是四川省国资委认定的企业管理信息化建设系统集成商，被四川省人民政府确定为“高新技术产业示范科研单位”和“高新技术产业示范企业”。
