人力資源暨全方位職場訓練規劃
開辦人資認證課程包含人力資源、勞動法規、薪資管理、人才評鑑、職能管理、任用、教育訓練發展、員工績效、企業內部講師、員工心理諮商輔導、大陸人力資源、國際人力資源、策略性人力資源、人資管理規章設計、職務/產值分析暨人力質/量盤點、企業診斷、專業秘書、核心幹部管理實務、教練式領導、銷售專業人才、公關專業人才、採購暨總務專業 等，並結合服務產業人才需求，增闢傑出門市店長、CRMS顧客關係服務、正音與口語表達、神祕客稽核 等認證，亦將認證課程規劃提升，新增KPI認證、員工心理健康管理師、員工關係管理師、高階秘書暨幕僚行政主管 等，期許以全方位的訓練規劃，協助就業市場人力素質提升。
