东亚地区概况
伊藤忠东亚区由华北（北京）、华东（上海）、华南（香港）三区域总部，韩国（首尔）、台湾（台北）两法人公司，以及长春、乌兰巴托两事务所组成。其中，华北区域包括设在北京、大连、天津、青岛、重庆的六家（大连两家）全资法人公司及四川、沈阳、哈尔滨的三家分公司；华东区域包括设在上海的全资法人公司及南京、张家港、宁波、武汉的四家分公司；华南区域包括设在香港、广州的两家全资法人公司及厦门分公司。伊藤忠东亚区属下员工总数（不包含投资企业）超过700人，是伊藤忠在日本本土以外最大规模的分支机构之一。
伊藤忠（中国）集团有限公司（下称：ICN）作为伊藤忠在华的管理中枢，1993年在北京设立，现注册资本为3亿美元。为进一步加快伊藤忠在华贸易、投资活动的步伐，并对伊藤忠在中国大陆及香港业务进行一元化管理，ICN于2005年9月获得中国商务部批准的国家级“地区总部”资格认定，获准经营除一部分须特殊许可商品外的所有商品的国内销售、进出口、佣金代理等业务，此为在中国的日本大型“综合商社”中的首家。现在，ICN已集国际贸易、国内商务、投资等业务活动于一身。
2011年4月起，伊藤忠调整全球组织构架，台湾伊藤忠股份有限公司、伊藤忠韩国有限公司以及蒙古国伊藤忠乌兰巴托事务所和中国大陆及香港各伊藤忠全资法人公司及分公司并入东亚区，原伊藤忠中国区也更名为伊藤忠东亚区，东亚区总裁常驻北京。今后，伊藤忠东亚区将进一步强化机能，开拓市场，扩大贸易和投资规模，为中日乃至东亚地区的经济文化交流做出贡献！
