北京凯因科技股份有限公司（以下简称凯因科技）成立于2008年，注册资本1.27亿元。位于素有“药谷”之称的国家级经济技术开发区--北京经济技术开发区。凯因科技以生物技术为平台，专注病毒性疾病领域，致力于成为提供治疗解决方案的生物医药公司。2010年完成股份制改制，2011年先后引进君联资本、海通开元、赛伯乐、礼来亚洲基金等战略合作伙伴。入选中关村高端领军企业、中关村新锐企业百强、北京市生物医药产业跨越发展（G20）工程。 凯因科技研发团队由海归和本土博士、硕士组成，专业涵盖生物分子学、药理、工艺开发、质控及制剂等领域，完全具备自主开发生物药物的技术力量。以自主研发模式为主，在“十一五”、“十二五”等国家科技重大专项项目基础上开发系列具有自主知识产权的创新药，建立抗病毒系列产品格局，拥有治疗丙肝的药物。研发中心获评“北京市重组蛋白药物工程技术研究中心”、“北京市企业技术中心”、“肝病治疗药物研究北京市工程实验室"。目前已获得授权发明专利39项，为“北京市专利示范单位”。 凯因科技拥有7个GMP生产车间，具备丰富的药品剂型生产线：生物制品生产线包含小容量注射剂（非最终灭菌）、冻干粉针剂和泡腾片3个剂型；化学药品生产线包含小容量注射剂（最终灭菌和非最终灭菌）、冻干粉针剂、片剂、胶囊剂4个剂型。其中，化学药品最终灭菌注射剂生产线通过乌克兰国际GMP认证（PIC/S标准）。
