Since re-establishment in 1985, the School of Management has been widely practicing the strategy of internationalization. Each year, more than 100 foreign experts and scholars are invited for academic exchanges and short-term teaching at the School, and nearly 90 world-famous management scholars and entrepreneurs have been entitled honorary professors or adjunct professors by the School. The School accepts approximately 200 international students and sends more than 200 students overseas for exchange purposes on a yearly basis, and has established close cooperative relationships with 110 internationally renowned business schools in an internationalization strategy which covers a wide range of areas including student exchange, faculty exchange, collaborative scientific research, curriculum development, corporate links and international cooperative research, etc.
The School has various kinds of international exchange programs, mainly referring to cooperative degree-awarding programs, cooperative research programs, exchange of visit by professors, student exchange programs, short-term study tours overseas, faculty training programs and training programs for senior managers, etc. Those programs have helped to greatly improve the image and reputation the School enjoys in the global scale, extend the global perspectives of the students and teachers, and offer great benefits for each of the exchange students, professors and senior managers.
In addition, the School has actively joined international organizations which aim to enhance exchanges and cooperative research among the world’s top business schools to explore more abundant globalized recourse. In recent years, the School has become member of many prestigious international organizations for business education, accompanied by the gradual elevation of its global position.
