Ningbo SHUIYI membrane, founded in 2011, develops from membrane tech. division of Qinyuan group. We specialize in membrane technology research, membrane products fabrication and application. Our membrane products feature high tensile strength,high hydrophilicity and low fouling property. They are widely used in areas including advanced potable water treatment, process water reuse, sewage treatment.
In 2012,our company, as the project leader, along with Zhejiang University, Tongji University, Donghua University, Institute of Material Technology of CAS(Chinese Academy of Science),Ningbo Institute of Technology Zhejiang University undertook the study on "Integrated technology of membrane water advanced treatment" (listed as 863 national high-tech R&D plan). The UF and RO membrane production line with annual capacity at 2million m2 was recognized as national vitalization project in the same year.
In 2014, topic on “Membrane separation technology and application in water treatment industry” got 1st prize(Science and Technology Progress) from government.
In 2016, our R&D team made breakthrough in production technique of high tensile strength and reinforced PVDF hollow fiber membrane and the production technique was accredited with proprietary invention patent.
In 2018, our team developed new-generation Slufri™ low fouling MBR UF membrane.
