本公司成立於民國六十三年，廠址設於高雄市楠梓加工出口區，是早年投入台灣半導體封裝之公司之一，目前為財星前1000大公司-Vishay威世集團成員。
Vishay威世集團為自有品牌的全球化公司，現為紐約證券交易所(NYSE)上市公司，在元件半導體方面為世界最大之低電壓功率半導體(Low-Voltage Power MOS)、整流元件(Rectifiers)、紅外線元件(Infrared Components)製造廠。

本公司為專業的半導體封裝/測試廠，成立至今已有37年的歷史，主要產品為Power MOSFET(電晶體)及Power IC(積體電路)。產品包括：
1. Power MOSFET：Die sort-PMOS, SO8/14, SO8BWL, TO220/263, TO251/251, PPAKSO/1212 BWL, PPAIRBWL, MICROFOOT-PMOS, PolarPAK.
2. IC：Die sort-IC, SO8/14/16, MICROFOOT-IC及MLP.
